Agustín Armellini Fischer is a Senior Product Manager, Growth at Spotify, based in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Product Manager, Growth, he led the development of Spotify Clips from inception to release, and drove the company's video strategy for music, working closely with the content and studios teams to test several video hypotheses, from music videos to exclusive content. He also built different video experiences to cater for discovery, consumption, and sharing of short and long-form video content on Spotify. As a Senior Software Engineer, Growth, Agustín was one of the first engineers who was part of the team that prepared Spotify to launch in India. He was able to work on and contribute to all the company's major systems, including search, content systems, home, playlists, browse, radio, daily mix, and more. He also helped grow the team from 2 engineers to 13. Agustín's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull, and additional coursework in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Manhattan College.
